Create the body of your dream!

Unlock your inner wisdom:

A Journey to a Physical Lasting Transformation

Do you love your body?

  • Yes, 100%

  • Yes, but there are parts I don't like

  • A little bit... maybe?

  • No... I hate it!

Forget about diet, about depriving yourself from calories, exhausting your body with intensive physical activities. These approaches, we all know it, don't work! Yes, maybe a certain time... but then when we stop 'the diet or the physical exercises', we just gain back everything, if not more! And the worse of it: We feel guilty, ashamed, useless, disempowered and angry at ourselves.

Let me give you this quote from Eric Edmeades that will stop your guilt right now:

You did NOT FAIL the diet,
The diet FAILED YOU!

Why don't these approaches work?

In a simple way, it is not a holistic approach. It is like somehow, we decided to dissociate the body, the mind, and the emotions.

The food is not only physical, but it also has an energetic component that resonates with our feelings, and our feelings can influence the food.

For some time, I wanted to create a holistic weight balance program and after lots of research, and personal experiences from my clients, I developed a 12 weeks hypno-coaching program.

In this 12-week program you will:

- Become aware of your negative thought pattern,

- discover your mental blocks that prevent you to have a healthy weight,

- learn through exercises to change your mind set for a balanced body and mind,

- release your unconscious 'virus-programs' created a long time ago,

- change your mindset around certain food,

- feel the inner change happening gradually and at a steady pace,

- feel happier and freer in your body and all other aspects of your life.

On Monday 14th August, at 7pm, I organized a free ZOOM workshop to give you some tips, experience some exercises that will help you toward your goals.

In this workshop, I will provide an in-depth overview of the key elements and topics covered. Each category plays a pivotal role in understanding the body-mind connection and achieving a long-lasting physical, emotional, and mental transformation.

Category 1: Understanding the Body-Mind Connection and Past Experiences

The body-mind connection is a profound phenomenon that impacts every aspect of our lives, including our relationship with our physical body and weight issues. To delve into this realm, Lilly draw inspiration from the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, a renowned neuroscientist, chiropractor, and best-selling author.

Dr. Joe Dispenza's groundbreaking research emphasizes the impact of our past experiences on our present reality. By exploring the links between our thoughts, emotions, and physical body, we begin to understand how our past traumas and experiences can influence our weight and overall well-being.

Category 2: Identifying Mental Blocks and Limiting Beliefs

In this category, we adopt a powerful and proven approach from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to uncover and dismantle the mental blocks and limiting beliefs that hinder our weight release journey. NLP techniques, designed to reprogram our thought patterns, offer practical tools to transform negative self-talk and cultivate a positive mindset.

Category 3: The Physiology of the Body and the Vagal Nerve Balance

In this segment of the workshop, we will explore the fascinating interplay between our body's physiology and the role of the vagal nerve in maintaining overall well-being, including its connection to weight management.

The vagus nerve, also known as the tenth cranial nerve, is an essential component of the autonomic nervous system, which governs involuntary bodily functions. It is the longest and most complex of all cranial nerves, extending from the brainstem to various organs in the body, including the heart, lungs, digestive tract, and more.

One of the vagal nerve's primary functions is to regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, often referred to as the "rest and digest" system. When the vagal nerve is active, it promotes a sense of calm and relaxation, leading to better digestion, reduced inflammation, and improved overall health.

On the other hand, when the vagal nerve balance is disrupted, the sympathetic nervous system, responsible for the "fight or flight" response, can dominate. This imbalance can lead to increased stress, poor digestion, and a cascade of adverse effects on our physical and emotional well-being, potentially contributing to weight management challenges.

Category 4: Embracing Body Acceptance for Long-lasting Change

Creating a sustainable and transformative change requires a holistic approach. In this category, we take a psycho-coaching approach to embrace body acceptance as a foundation for lasting transformation.

By fostering self-compassion and a positive body image, we let go of the harsh self-judgment and criticism that often accompanies weight issues.

Through gentle mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques and visualization exercises, we cultivate a deep appreciation for our bodies, embracing every aspect with love and kindness, allowing a shift in the perception of yourself.

Join us on this remarkable journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and transformation as we unlock the true potential of our body-mind connection for a healthier body. AND DON'T MISS THE SUPER BONUS AT THE END!

I am looking forward to seeing you on ZOOM on the 14th!
